Wanting to disable notifications, but not sure where to start. It is super simple to disable notifications or you can select which notifications you want to stop or reduce the frequency of.
Should you continue to receive notifications after this, send an email to support@careerone.com.au informing us that you have received an email notification and include a screenshot of the email, ensure that it includes the sender and recipient details.
Firstly, login to your Seeker account and click the three horizontal lines, these can be found in the top left corner of the page.
Click 'Settings' and once on the new page click the 'Notifications' tab, refer to below image.
The page will display all the saved search notifications, and you can choose which notifications to disable, reduce frequency or delete.
Having done the above, you will receive no new notifications.
