The CareerOne integration with Zoho Recruit allows you to publish your job ads directly from Zoho Recruit to CareerOne, ensuring maximum reach for your roles in Australia.
This guide will walk you through the setup process.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that:
You have an active CareerOne account with paid access.
CareerOne Customer Service has enabled integrations access for your account. This includes providing you with your RTP Username and RTP Password, which will be used later in the process.
You have admin access to your Zoho Recruit account.
Step 1: Add the CareerOne Plugin from Zoho Marketplace
Login to Zoho Recruit
In the top navigation menu, click Zoho Marketplace.
Use the search bar to search for CareerOne.
Select CareerOne from the results and click Activate.
A confirmation window will appear. Review your details and agree to the Terms of Service, then click Activate.
Step 2: Enable Job Board Access and CareerOne in Zoho Recruit
In Zoho Recruit, click the cog icon (⚙️) in the top right corner to access Setup.
In the left-hand menu, go to Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
If the Job Boards function is not yet enabled, switch it ON and answer any required setup questions.
Look for the Paid section of Job Boards.
Locate the CareerOne card.
Click the toggle to switch it ON.
Step 3: Enter Your CareerOne RTP Credentials
A popup will appear requesting your CareerOne RTP Username and CareerOne RTP Password.
Enter the credentials provided to you by the CareerOne Customer Service team.
Example:
RTP Username:
userexample@careerone.com.auRTP Password: (your unique password)
Click Save.
✅ You’re now ready to start posting jobs to CareerOne from Zoho Recruit!
⚠️ Note: Posting jobs will consume job slots from your CareerOne account. Ensure availability before publishing.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot find the CareerOne plugin in Zoho Marketplace, ensure your Zoho Recruit account has Marketplace access enabled.
If your CareerOne RTP Username or Password does not work, please contact CareerOne Customer Service for assistance.
