Adding additional users to the account is super easy and takes a few moments once logged-in. Find the steps below.
- Log-in to the account.
- Click the down arrow next to your name (top right corner).
- From the optons click 'Manage Users'.
- Click +Invite User.
- Enter email address.
- Enter first name + last name.
- Send Invitation (They will receive an email with log-in and password, if not received within 10minutes they may need to check their junk and spam folders).
Users can be removed from the account, and users permissions can also be edited. To remove or reduce permissions follow the below steps.
- Log-in to the account.
- Click the down arrow next to your name (top right corner).
- From the optons click 'Manage users'.
- On the new page click the three vertical dots and from the options select 'Edit user'.
- On the new page you can edit ther permissions and once edited click 'Save'.
Note: Admin = can manage users, brands, reset passwords.
