After every purchase (whether it is credits, unlocks or a paid job; Standard, Plus or Premium) an invoice is sent to the email address entered when completing the purchase. If the email cannot be located in your inbox, you may need to check the junk and spam folders.
If the invoice still cannot be found, send an email to support@careerone.com.au and ensure that theĀ below is included and mention that you are requesting a copy of an invoice.
- Company name.
- Name of individual who made the purchase.
- Email associated to the account.
- Account ID (this can be found in the account section - Top right corner, click the dropdown arrow and from the options select 'Account'. The Account ID will appear under 'Company Details' ).
- Date of the purchase.
Once the invoice has been located we shall be in touch via return email.
