After every purchase an invoice is sent to the email address entered when completing the checkout. If you can't find the invoice in your inbox, be sure to check your junk and spam folders.
If the invoice is still missing, please email support@careerone.com.au and include the following details in your request for a copy of the invoice:
- Company name.
- Name of individual who made the purchase.
- Email associated with the account.
- Account ID (this can be found in the account section - Top right corner, click the dropdown arrow and from the options select 'Account Settings'. The Account ID will appear under 'Company Details').
- Date of the purchase.
Once we locate the invoice, we will contact you via return email.
