CareerOne offers two different job types; Standard and Talent Pool.

A Standard job ad provides a 30-day national listing where you simply wait for candidates to apply. No matched candidates are included, and the applicant flow depends entirely on who chooses to apply during that time.
A Talent Pool activation is designed for speed and relevance. You get instant access to suitable candidates who are active in the job market and ready to engage now. For 14 days, your pool is continually added to whenever the current best 50 candidates change.
If your priority is fast access to high-quality, in-market candidates, Talent Pools deliver immediate results. If you need a traditional listing where applicants come to you over time, or are performing Labour Market Testing, choose a Standard job ad.
You cannot run both types simultaneously for the same job.
*For LMT purposes a Standard job will need to purchased. And an LMT report can be provided by contacting support@careerone.com.au and requesting an LMT report. An LMT report can only be provided once the job has met its duration and expired, and is only available for Standard jobs.
