Need to post a job quickly that is similar to another role, but with a different location, salary or other details? It's very easy to make a copy or duplicate the job posting. Here are the steps:
- Login to to your CareerOne account via https://hiring.careerone.com.au/login
- Locate the relevant job.
- Click the three vertical dots on the particular job tile, and from the dropdown options select 'Duplicate job'.
- On the new page, edit the details and fields.
- Having entered the updated details click the ‘Next’ button.
- Select the job type: Standard or switch the job to a Talent Pool.
- Confirm how candidates should apply and confirm the start and expiry dates.
- Enter the payment details.
- Click 'Pay & Add Standard Job'.
Your job will go live immediately, although it may take some time to appear in search results on the job seeker side of the site.
