An exciting feature of having a jobseeker account is Top matches. Top matches can be found when logging in to a jobseeker account, and is the top most tile, refer to the below image.
The results - matches are based upon our recommendation engine algorithm which factor in numerous inputs, including details in the user profile including those parsed from uploaded CV's, user behaviour and usage history.
The higher the profile strength (the more complete a profile is) the better the matches, and is another reason why we recommend completing the profile and keeping it up-to-date.
