How do I follow-up my application?

CareerOne is a website that helps connect both hirers and jobseekers. Hirers post their jobs on the site and when you apply for those roles it goes directly to the employer - hirer. We don't play a role in the hiring process.

The employers and recruitment companies have their own websites, and as such a search on your internet browser for the respective company, and then look for the contact us page for the best contact number or email.

Also, some companies will include a point of contact and their contact details in the job description should you have questions or need assistance with applying.

*When following-up either on the phone or internet it is best to provide as much detail as possible. Include a reference number and job title in the subject line, and again in the email body. And, when calling mention the job title, quote the reference number, and reason for the call.
