How do I follow-up my application?

CareerOne is a website that helps connect both employers and job seekers. Employers post their jobs on the site and when you apply for those roles it goes directly to the employer - hirer. We don't play a role in the hiring process.

Employers and recruitment agencies have their own websites. To find their contact information, search for the company on your web browser and look for the "Contact Us" page. Some companies also provide a contact person and their details in the job description for any queries or assistance with the application process.

When following up, either by phone or email, it's best to provide as much detail as possible. Include the reference number and job title in the subject line and body of the email. When calling, mention the job title, quote the reference number, and state the reason for your call.
