Click "+Add job".
Select the job you want; Talent Pool (Get instant candidates) or a Standard job (30 day listing).
Enter the company name, job title and location. And, importantly ensure the job description accurately described the job - what are the duties of the role, is it a Monday to Friday role, and other expectations.
Enter the job type, contract type, category, occupation, pay type and pay amount. And, should you want the pay range - salary to be hidden click the toggle.. Should the role include commission or a bonus this detail can be entered in to the 'Pay description'.
Having entered these details the next thing to do is click the 'Next' button at the top of the page.
Should you want to view the job before it is posted click the 'More options' dropdown across from the 'Next' button, and from the options click 'Preview job ad' Or should you be waiting for an important detail the job can be saved by clicking 'Save as draft' or the draft can be discarded by using the 'Discard' option.
The last steps are to finalise the details and enter an email into direct communication - this is used to notify yourself when a candidates applies to the job. Select whether this job will be an onsite or offsite apply - this is where a job seeker applies through CareerOne or is directed to a separate careers page to complete the application. And, finally ensuring the job duration dates are correct - are you wanting the job to be active from today or in several days time.
Having done the above enter the payment details and click 'Pay & Add Standard job'. The invoice for the purchase will be sent to the email address entered in the billing details - if the invoice is not received you may need to check your junk and spam folder.
