If you wish to manage or disable your notifications, you can easily adjust your settings to turn off all notifications, or select which ones to stop or reduce in frequency.
Should you continue to receive notifications after updating your preferences, please contact our support team at support@careerone.com.au. In your email, indicate that you have received a notification and attach a screenshot of the email, ensuring that both the sender and recipient details are visible. This will assist us with our investigations.
Here’s how to manage your notification settings:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top left corner of the page.
- Select "Settings," then choose the "Notifications" tab on the page that appears (see the image below for reference).
